- Print both versions. Print or download the worksheet, then switch the answer key to “Shown” and print the matching key.
What to generate for each stage
Fact fluency (grades 1–3): set both numbers to 1 digit and print a 25-problem sheet — that’s a classic timed drill. Column arithmetic (grades 2–4): 2-digit addition and subtraction, then 2-digit × 1-digit multiplication with 20 problems.Consolidation (grades 4–5): push to 3-digit numbers. Division always generates exact facts, mirroring the division chart. For ready-made sets with fixed numbering, start from the worksheet library.
Generator FAQ
Is the worksheet generator free?
Completely — generate, print and download as many worksheets as you like, with no account, watermarks or limits.
Does every worksheet have an answer key?
Yes. Flip “Answer key” to Shown and the same sheet renders with every answer in blue — print it alongside the worksheet.
What difficulty levels can it make?
From single-digit fact drills up to 3-digit column arithmetic, for all four operations. Division sticks to exact facts (no remainders) to match how facts are drilled.
Will students get the same sheet twice?
No — every press of “New problems” builds a new set. If you print a sheet you love, keep the PDF; each generated page is unique.
